Jastar Mechanical, a construction company founded in 2007 by Penny and Hank Monteiro, has undergone significant growth over the years. Brad Monteiro, the organization’s inaugural employee, acquired an in-depth understanding of the business and assumed daily operations in 2012. In 2017, Brad, aided by his wife Jessica Monteiro, purchased the company and further expanded it by procuring additional equipment, leveraging their industry expertise, and steadfastly persevering.
